I made these place cards (3x3) from materials sent to me by Patsy Waggoner. I won them in one of her contests. The pheasants were colored with SU markers and then stamped. A bit of a tedious process but worth the time. I typed the names in a Word document and then printed it on riding hood red cardstock. They were punched with the modern label punch and attached with tiny gold brads. How cute! Not a heart on them but a neat project.

Yesterday was a fun and relaxing afternoon. My upline, Diane, came to card class. She put together the 4 cards from the Very Thankful stamp set. It's nice that she has confidence in me and the designs I come up with. While she worked away, I checked out all the new products Stampin' Up! is getting ready to launch. Two new mini catalogs, a new design for punches, AND clear mount stamps! Wow, lots of neat products. So, here's a photo of the card I designed with the turtle in the Very Thankful stamp set. I just love the colors and the little mini library clips. Very cute.
Every year Stampin' Up! designs a stamp set to help Ronald McDonald charities. I've designed 4 cards that feature this set. The class is this week and everyone who attends will take home their cards and the stamp set to use again and again. The set has 4 stamps and they all say "thank you" in a special way. Here's a few of the cards. I love how they turned out.
Hello all you bloggers! I'm finally getting into this aspect of communicating. I'm not new to technology but have been reluctant to jump into blogging for some reason. Maybe it's the "older generation group" that I belong to. Whatever it is, I'm going to give it a try. So please visit me often and I would appreciate any help or tips out here by fellow bloggers.
Hi, I'm a wife, mother and grandmother. I love to make cards and projects with Stampin' Up! products and I've always loved hearts. Please enjoy visiting my blog!!!
