Cocoa & Marshmallows

I had fun today all by myself working away in my craft room.  The chef from SU's Voila' stamp set is on the cover of this card.  It took me 3 tries but I finally came up with a design I liked.  I pieced the coat, pants and hat for the chef.  I outlined the whole image with my black marker.  I knew I wanted to use mini marshmallows to put in the Sweet Treat Cup.  How cute is that!  I used Crushed Curry and Riding Hood Red cardstock.  The saying is from a retired set called, Yummy for the Tummy.  On the inside I attached a decadent package of cocoa mix with red sticky tape at the top.  I would love to send this card to anyone who needs a special pick-me-up.  How about you!!!!

  1. Oh Grandma, I adore this card! I love the little marshmallows, they're so cute. What a great idea for a pick-me-up, too. Sure would work for me =P

  2. Love it! It's adorable. Great job paper piecing and incorporating a treat into a card. The new heart shaped treat cups will be fabulous! This is as cute as it can be.

  3. Love it Vicki thansk for posting the link to the Diva Site! Love when everyone shares. It is way cuter than the examples I sent!

    Hugs from MN

  4. This is a perfect gift to give to anyone to let them know you are thinking of them. Thanks for sharing your card with us Diva's.
